We are seeking several Surgical Case Couriers to facilitate the timely delivery of surgical kits to medical facilities in and around multiple metro areas. This position offers new or experienced drivers a structured work environment, competitive wages, benefits, and a clear path for career growth.

Surgical Case Courier key responsibilities include:

• Safely and promptly deliver surgical kits to assigned locations within a hospital or medical building.
• Follow designated routes and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Load and unload items weighing no more than 50 lbs.
• Accurately complete pickup, delivery, and deviation processes 
• Accurately complete and submit daily vehicle checks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams.
• Attend all necessary training sessions to stay compliant with customer, company, and regulatory standards.
• Represent National Consolidated Courier and our customers professionally at all times.

Work Hours are assigned in four or eight hour shifts, with the first usually starting as early as 6:00AM and the last starting around 1:00PM to ensure adequate coverage into the evening.  Drivers may be asked to provide on call coverage as well.

The hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.  NCC also offers a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and the use of a company vehicle for performing deliveries.

We are seeking several Dispatchers to facilitate the timely delivery of surgical kits to medical facilities in and around multiple metro areas. This is a remote position offering a structured work environment, competitive wages, benefits, and a clear path for career growth.  

Dispatcher key responsibilities include:

• Creating detailed route schedules that meet customer demand and business constraints.
• Assign drivers to routes to maximize driver productivity and notify drivers of route assignments .
• Monitor driver performance against the route schedule, proactively identify risks to meeting the delivery schedule, and work with drivers and customer to resolve any issues to ensure an accurate and on time delivery.
• Manage the Deviations process to ensure timely resolution that does not impact the route schedule.
• Communicate effectively with customer, driver, and management teams.
• Attend all necessary training sessions to stay compliant with customer, company, and regulatory standards.
• Represent National Consolidated Courier and our customers professionally at all times.

Work Hours are assigned in eight hour shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
