Integrity and Respect
Your courier team has to be trusted by many individuals, warehouse staff, field sales, surgeons, and most importantly, patients. NCC builds that trust first by ensuring we hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and respect in all our interactions. Our drivers understand they are often the face of our customers' business and the responsibility that entails.
Empathy
NCC puts the patient at the center of everything we do. Whether the patient is in a hospital awaiting emergency surgery, having a scheduled procedure, or just needs their medicine, our drivers make sure the delivery is completed correctly and on time. We bring in real-life (unidentified) patient examples to illustrate the impact of when our part of the puzzle goes well, and when it doesn't. Everyone at NCC understands each patient is someone's loved one and wants to ensure the level of attention we would give our own family if, and more likely when, they are in that same circumstance.
Accountability
Part of NCC's hiring process tries to find individuals who have gone above and beyond to keep a promise. Because every delivery NCC makes is fulfilling a promise on behalf of our customer to their surgeon, pharmacy, and patients. Our drivers and dispatch teams get the job done right, no matter what.
Pursuit of Excellence
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore is not an act, but a habit.” -Aristotle When servicing healthcare customers, failure is not an option. And in this business, issues happen. NCC's Quality Management System ensures issues are captured so meaningful root cause(s) and corrective actions can be rapidly put in place.
